The Work We've Done
Welcome to the eNoLux portfolio.
Artificial Intelligence Tools
Identify the right Artificial Intelligence (AI) tool: Safety and culture assessments. To help organizational effectiveness we need to understand our inefficiencies first. By baselining where our process is ineffective or inefficient, we can find the right tools to make your business more effective and productive.
Transit Safety Rules
Developing the transit safety (PTASP) rule. We introduced Safety Management System (SMS) to the transit industry. Helping them to self govern by managing safety risks, encompassing policies, procedures, and practices to ensure effective risk control and continuous improvement.
Community & Government Partnerships
A culture of collaboration: Bringing together Federal, State, local government and communities to plan for Detroit's infrastructure development. By engaging local community in the conversation and decision making process, we established a culture of commitment and moved the project forward collaboratively, achieving greater implementation success.
International Aviation Safety
International Aviation Safety: Asia-Pacific Director Generals of Civil Aviation were brought to California to discuss aviation safety. They went home with souvenirs of Hollywood and a memorandum of agreement focused on prioritizing aviation safety in their respective countries.
Chamber of Commerce
A new Chamber of Commerce: The City of La Palma wanted to create new Chamber of Commerce. We created a 501.3C and brought businesses, elected officials, and the community together to celebrate the opening. Promoting the interest of local businesses and becoming the vital link between the business community, local government, and the public. The Chamber now offers resources, advocacy, and networking opportunities to a broad range of businesses.
Innovative R&D Approach with ROI
Revamp the R&D Selection Process: We redesigned the R&D selection and evaluation process to prioritize long-term investments with future-oriented performance measures. By creating a new selection criteria and selection process, leaders had direct involvement in making data informed investment decisions.
Branding & Marketing
Rebrand an existing system that users disliked: Inspectors were forced to use a system that was launched prematurely causing user dissatisfaction. The system was revamped, but users rejected it. Through creative rebranding, change management, marketing, promotional and training approaches. We conducted user surveys, focus groups, and peer-to-peer promotions, and within 6 months, almost 80% of users happily adopted the new system.
Collaboration & Awareness
Tribal Community Aviation Awareness: We brought together the leaders from Tribal Nations and the Department of Transportation to host the first Tribal Aviation Symposium. Offering new leads, networks, and connection as well as access to grant opportunities for the tribal nations.
Leadership & Learning
Educate the Secretary of Transportation about the aviation industry: We hosted 7 listening sessions across the nation. The Secretary facilitated the sessions with industry leaders. Collaborating on manufacturing, air fares, financing, international, general aviation, and cargo topics allowed him to build relationships with important aviation leaders.
Our Approach

Partnerships and Ideas
Creative and innovative thinking gets you ahead. Collaboration and design keeps you there. We cannot succeed alone. There is always a community behind helping to support ideas and concepts. When Space X wanted to launch their Satellites, we had to work with the Department of Interior, Commercial Space, and others to ensure the animals, land and people were protected from undue harm. Noise, exhaust, and potential debris falling are part of the concerns. Together we came up with a timeline for the launch, a solution for addressing environmental factors, and worked with the community to cordon off the beach and nature area during the launch. Safety, security, and environmental protection were priorities.

Policy Development
With over 30 years of experience with the Department of Transportation we have written policies, rules, standards, guidance, hosted public-private partnerships, and lead transportation initiatives worldwide.

Safety Standards
We worked on pilot programs, developed transit safety rules, and established new safety management system principles across the industry. We increased the safety standards of buses and transit systems across the nation.

Strategic Plans
With a visionary perspective, we have built strategic plans across the domestic and international aviation, transportation, counter human trafficking, transit, highways, tribal nations, philanthropic, public enagement, and small community air service landscapes. These efforts resulted in a focused direction to accomplish missions and goals.

Technology and Data
Every organization has technology and data. Understanding the legacy systems, migration to new technology, and being on top of the new systems is crucial. Looking at your data, understanding the trends, returns on investments, and performance measures are all key to success. We reviewed and analyzed the aviation and transit industry's systems to understand the transportation system's needs. By identifying where new investments were required we built an associated budget and timeline and programmed it into the budget cycle to ensure current and future growth and funding needs were met.
